We scour the globe in search of talented winemakers who use their expertise in service of their passion. Tending to produce smaller quantities, they pass under the radar of traditional importing and distributing channels, which makes them a perfect fit for us. The world of wine is changing very quickly; it is an era of standardization, simplification and marketing. At SObER we have taken a radically different approach; one of "terroir", tradition, and respect. Great wine is the product of a communion between a land, a climate, and a human being. It is also a work of love and patience. SObER wines are selected from the main wine regions of the world, but also from slightly off the beaten path – Baden, Tasmania, British Columbia and Corsica to name a few, with integrity of production and pricing, not ratings, as our only guide.
